There was a really nice used 1998 Ford Mustang which was part of a trade last week. This particular car drew a lot of attention from nearly everybody who came on the lot and needless to say that it sold quickly.

I believe the overall condition of this used car was one of the key aspects of just why it drew attention other than the fact that it was simply eye catching. Sometimes cars just look fast even when they are sitting still with the engine turned off and the keys removed.

This Ford Mustang Cobra was one of those. Quite a few people are perpetually in the market for a fast Ford or some other type of fast used cars under 10000 dollars and although this car was a bit pricier it was not all that far off which definitely helped it sell as quickly as it did. This was one of the 4.6 liter SVT Cobra motors with a five speed transmission and was essentially designed to offer the driver pure speed, power and performance.

There are actually very few indications that a large number of consumers are concerned about fuel economy when it comes to powerful sports cars these days. The reality is that this has always been the case. When someone has a particular trait of a used car in mind such as fast and affordable then there is not going to be any significant concern about the fact that the vehicle is not going to get the greatest gas mileage by any means but then again this is not what the person is after.

Speed and power not to mention the hot rod looks will come at a bit of an additional price but the car is going to do a whole lot more than what a small economy car is going to do. This may be the way to go for the daily drive back and forth from work but this is not going to cause too many heads to turn on the weekends and that is what people are looking for quite frequently.

Along with the fact that the Mustang was really nice looking it was also a pretty luxurious muscle car as well with comfort in the interior design definitely showing. I believe it had full leather interior, it was a convertible, power seats, power windows, power looks and power mirrors. The stereo was upgraded to include some additional stereo speakers, amps and a remote CD player. The interior was in above average condition for a used sports car and the fact is that most of the used sports cars we see come in on trades are often in exceptional condition. This may be due to the fact that the vehicles are typically very well loved by their owners.

The really sharp used muscle cars come on the market now and then in this fashion and these days they may sell for way below what they would in a better economic climate.
